Irene Kauma is committed, diligent, and an observer of professional ethics. She is reliable and focused as evidenced from the number of years of service at the Immigration Department. She thrives on hard work and seeing individuals reach their full potential as they walk in their pre-ordained purpose. Irene is the founder of Hill City Consult, a consultancy that equips companies and individuals in organizational leadership.
My Path
In tandem with my government service, I founded Hill City Consult, a consultancy dedicated to organizational leadership. My zeal for leadership development propelled me through advanced studies in Organizational Leadership and Public Administration.

I’ve been privileged to attend renowned leadership institutes like the Haggai Institute and Destiny Leadership School. Engagements with Development Associates International, Institute for National Transformation, and SALT have deepened my grasp of effective leadership principles.
